Great sideboard choice for Parfait decks (mono-white with Orim's Chant and such) that also sees play in Enchantress enchantment-heavy decks. Sits well in a protection-oriented build alongside Runed Halo and True Believer. Got bumped from uncommon to rare.
And this one's the copy to get. Gorgeous art by Alan Pollack (who is also the only artist to paint Circle of Protection: Green so well that you might actually want to own a copy of Circle of Protection: Green). Like COP:Green, this card's aesthetic value was marred a little by the white border printing. Wizards, you could always reprint this in a future core set! You could bump the rarity up again to Mythic!

Anyone else bothered that the color wheel is in the wrong order? Damn OCD...
This is the circle of protection that puts other circles of protection to shame.

great art!
i agree with many of the comments here though that this would've been more aesthetically appealing had it been black-bordered..
i use this in my parfait deck, its much more cooler now since land tax just got unbanned..
