One of the weaker card drawing spells, but not entirely unusable. Seems ok in EDH. Better than Council of the Soratami or its counterpart Divination in EDH (since its a slower format) or sealed deck. The art is rather creepy though. Its ok with things like Dredge but its certainly no Careful Study or Brainstorm.
