As always, Radience has two major problems:
1. Enormous potential for backfire.
2. Inability to deal with artifacts.
This card gets a third problem:
3. Inability to do anything other than waste weenies.

I think that even at less this card would be far more practical. less would be ideal though. In any case the art is great. Who doesn't love lasers?

I think the pros and cons of radiance equal out when you compare this with other sweepers. Thus it should be flat out compared with sweepers.
In those comparisons, a sweeper for 2 damage which costs 5 doesn't do well.
