Conversion still hits it. That's about the only negative I can think of.

Pros:
Taps for two colors
Counts as 2 land types
Doesn't ping you for tapping it
Enters the battlefield untapped without shocking you
Cons:
Nonbasic target for land removal
Affected by spells and effects that would affect either type
F***ing expensive and rare.
Good/bad is subjective depending on which of these facts are important to how you will be playing.
