Dear Necrosages
My girlfriend just left me and I'm having trouble meeting new people. What do I do?
Thanks, Bob
Dear Bob
I'd like to start off by saying that we're huge fans of your work- Frank reads "Greatness, at Any Cost" to his son Spike every night and he loves it. If you're having a hard time meeting new people I'd suggest visiting your local carnarium for a night of partying and socializing. Just watch out for the spikes. If that' not quite your scene the undercity is crawling with interesting folks, and has an open and welcoming attitude.
Best of luck, the Necrosages
Dear Necrosages
My cat Rivin died in a freak spark magic accident today and I feel really bad. What can I do to cheer myself up?
Sincerely, Pajik
Dear Pajik
The loss of a pet is always hard. Why, Tony just lost his dog Seymour last week. In an event like this the easiest thing ... (see all)

For a deck this is both Divination and Mind Rot in one.

Consult the Necrosages until they have no hand! Then Mind Funeral a few times! Then steal their creatures with Dimir Doppelganger!
They will cry all the way home.
I've also had fun (with the preconstructed Dimir Intrigues deck) using this to force the opponent to top-deck, then only allowing them to draw cards I permit through Lurking Informant.

A staple in every one of my U/B decks, and doubly useful in my Megrim one.

Discard spells are good... till your opponent has no more cards to discard. Consult the Necrosages allow a discard deck to use it to draw cards after it had served its discard part of the function.

This card can either be used to force an opponent into a top-decking situation, or be used as a Counsel of the Soratami. It would be nice if it had an optional cost that allowed you to choose both options though.

I personally prefer probe over this. Like this card it can draw you some, or it can draw you some AND make your opponent discard. And you need only blue mana to draw some, in case you have no black manasources yet.
