Solid creature, for a common. Bears + ability to switch to flying + ability to chump block twice + ability to dodge removal. Pretty solid, if you're lucky enough to be using those colors in limited.

Her flavor text is basically the only reason I can't ally with Selesnya. I love some of their positions on unity and healing and whatnot, but their war on the Ego frightens me to no end.
As for the card, she's a bear that turns into a spirit. Not too shabby. Not great, but not too shabby. Shaman is at least a vaguely relevant creature type, as well.

@Ogrenoodle8 Yet you could also say she's strictly worse than itself after M10 combat rules change.
When combat damage still went on the stack, you used to be able to let this deal two damage to your opponent's creature, and then still sacrifice her to get a 1/1 spirit out of it. Now you can just chump-block and get a 1/1 out of it.
I'd say it's still a 3/5, though.
