Judging by the artwork and flavor text, shouldn't this thing become a Snake Construct or a Serpent Construct?
Since there are quite a bunch of Chimeric cards, they could even consider a new creature type for them.

You better hope for All Is Dust in that deck when your opponent comes up with chump blockers...
Unless he's using something like Awakening Zone or Nuisance Engine, then your snake really is in the grasp.

It's funny how this game goes. This thing is currently an alternate win con in my Eldrazi deck, along with Mob Justice.
Mode: AIDS is rampant in that deck, and since it's {R}{G}, burn takes care of most blockers. Fervor is pretty nasty in there. Mob Justice got replaced with better burn though, and this guy got replaced with Primal Charge.
