Its powerful. Its nearly unkillable. It dredges. It belongs to one of the coolest guilds of Ravnica. And its a skeleton Troll. How could this guy become any more superior than he already is? (aside from having trample or fear or something).

Man that art hurts my eyes!
Note: instead of would have been more flavour-appropriate for this Golgari-aligned card, and wouldn't really impact on its brokenness.

I like to imagine the first 3/4 of this card being read in the parent's voice from Peanuts; just a strange, muted trumpet sound until we get to "Dredge 6".

Yup, at least competitively speaking - this would've seen lots of play even if it was a Darksteel Relic with Dredge 6 for 4G.

Don't see what's the problem with the art. It's a deathly gray troll skeleton in the hues of the setting sun. What's not to like?
Monstrous in dredge decks, obviously. And that Dredge 6 means it just gets bigger every time it returns to the battlefield.

To HairlessThoctar: this dead guy actually has the ability to regenerate, at cost of +1\+1 counters.

With Scavenge, RtR's new mechanic for Golgari, this guy just keeps getting more and more ridiculous.

I instigate your misfortune, with the birth of killing trolls.

How this is seen through the dredge player's vision...
Golgari Grave-Troll
Creature-Skeleton Troll
Dredge 6
