Yotian Soldier is a huge improvement over this for only one more mana.

2CC? No, the Turtle doesn't cost 2UU. It has a 1C (or specifically, 1U) casting cost. Remember guys, C is the abbreviation for general colored mana in casting costs. For instance, Ball Lightning costs CCC.
