It's okay... but there's not a lot of cards that bring lands form the graveyard.
Go with Poison the Well or Drain the Well.

Sowing Salt puts this junk to shame. And no, this isn't a "good counter" to Crucible or Loam, because decks that play those cards are going to fill up their graveyards with lands anyways. A better counter to those cards would be Rest in Peace or Relic of Progenitus.
