I dunno, Starstorm seems better, especially since it's both an instant and has cycling.

Well good ol' wrath will do better in a common removal deck, though ;)
Given that you don't want to keep some particular creatures on your side, of course...

But it's a generally useful card though, a nice crossover between Earthquake and Hurricane.

This is the most usefel creature removal card, especially if you have bigger creatures than your opponent
