Thanks, I was TRYING to figure out a way to gain a single life on the first turn.
I could never do it with less than four cards and two Black Lotuses.

Turn 1: Forest, Black Lotus, pop for 3 mana, channel 19 life, cast Stream of Life using all 19 channeled mana and the forest for X, gaining you 20 life, putting you at... 21. Best combo ever.

Assuming you're on the draw, you could Forest, Lotus Petal, crack the petal and tap the forest to gain 1. Or if you're using banned/restricted cards, Forest, Lotus Petal, crack the petal, Mana Vault, tap, Mana Vault, Mana Vault, Mana Vault, tap those three for 9 colorless floating, tap the forest and play this for 9 life. (Cut out one Vault if you're on the play.) And then start taking 4 damage per turn.
But personally I like statiefreez's idea of Channeling 19 more.

You know, if you can draw a couple more Black Lotus and a Sanguine Bond, you can totally turn that Channel trick into a first-turn kill.
Actually, a 
deck running Sanguine Bond might be the only thing that might make me use this today, and that's only if I don't just want to keep it black and kill people with Corrupt. A staple in my decks in my noobier days though.

In a deck with the Basalt Monolith / Power Artifact combo, this can be stupid:-
"I tap and untap Basalt Monolith once. Unless you have a response, I repeat these actions 249 googolplexian times. I pay 1 green and 500 googolplexian colorless mana, play stream of life. I'm now at 500-googolplexian-and-20 life."
Googolplexian: 1 followed by a googolplex 0s
Googolplex: 1 followed by a googol 0s
Googol: 1 followed by 100 0s.
Just so people know these are real numbers, so they don't get chewed out wrongly when using them.
