This combos well with Grave Pact and Accursed Centaur, especially if you have a few Demon's Horn in play.

Very underrated card. 
and two life to Raise Dead any creature, no questions asked, in a color that has tons of playable ways to gain life back? It's a repeatable card advantage engine with minimal resource investment, and possibly one of the best budget recursion engines in existence.
