Epic function and flavor. The hybrid mana is cool. 4.5/5

Excellent alternative to Demonic Tutor for those of us on a budget and better than Diabolic Tutor IMO. Definitely consider running a few of these if you have a deck with a decent amount of black in it.

better than diabolic tutor simply because of the art.

This could have been a hard tutor and would have been fair. Its a little bit more interesting with the condition, but revealing hurts this card and your probably better off paying 1 more for diabolic tutor. Esp if you want to search for a big mana card.

Yes you can search for lands.
This is almost definitely better than Diabolic Tutor, since you're paying 1 less mana (and at the very worst paying 2BB), and in most cases the card you're looking for should satisfy this card's requirement.

not instant speed for a good reason. If you could tap out at your opponent's end step and then play what you tutored on your turn, it would be way past OP. Course, if you were playing UBR and had a hypersonic dragon out...

I love this card, easily the coolest tutor out there, and costed fair enough for play. For some reason it just occured to me that the Queen they're talking about is probably Oona, Queen of the Fae. I always thought it was some nameless powerful entity from Kamigawa, with that kimono it looks like she's wearing.
