Got four of these and i use them on sliver, zombie & eldrazi decks.
There's just one error in this card. It says that the flavor text was spoken by Rayne, Academy Chancellor but it was actually Barrin who spoke those exact words in the book Time Streams.

@StagemasterK: Urza's Destiny was released June 23, 1999; Time Streams was published some time before that (Salvation wiki says May 1999, but claims its first printing was April 1, 1999; Amazon.com says March 1, 1999). Obviously if they both featured the same quote, the author of the book was involved in writing the flavor text, so maybe he had Rayne say it in an earlier draft but changed it to Barrin for the final version.

Well since this card was created before those books, I think it's the books which are in error.
