I wish more cards had artwork like this. Most cards are just so...literal. Granted, yes, this card is literal as well, but you sort of have to look for it. It's an example of good storytelling through artwork. It has a real atmosphere to it.

That statement pretty much sums up everything that's wrong with the current Magic the Gathering crowd. How fitting this guy calls himself "blind" thrall, if he actually prefers Ron Spencer's hideous, interchangeable comicbook puke to real artwork, he should get his vision checked. If you're looking for "nice graphics" go play with your Game Cube.
