This Is an awesome card for Dark depts, even if you blow your wad off the hop and get the 20/20 fly/Indest. into play(T1 withDD- lotus petal -DR-and hexmage)or whatever turn, and then it gets bounched....this card solves the problem. Next turn simply return the hexmage and darkdepths to your hand. This card and Vhexmage have made my Black deck nigh unstoppable at many tables. I'd be surprised if DD's price hasn't skyrocketed.

One of my best cards in my sealed deck. I ran B/R, and had multiple cards that sacced lands (magma rift, ruinous minotaur, etc.) along with quicksand. This let me reuse my lands and bring a creature back to my hand.

I'd like to see some more land sacrifice effects in the final 2 Zendikar block sets to make this thing even better than it already is (which is quite good). Ruinous Minotaur is a good enough partner for it (especially if you can reuse the ETB lands)
