@matunos: Except that this isn't exiled so you can copy it or reuse it again and again. Maybe not better, but not served either.

Strictly Time Warp, except it doesn't target. It can't have it's target changed by an opponent, but it can't be used to help a friend out. I'm not sure if this makes it better or worse.
