OH RIGHT...I get it, you can Cycle it and then Madness it. I had wondered why the Madness cost was higher than the normal cost, and also why this card had so many bells and whistles.

You forgot a part, armogohma. Cycling can be activated at any time.

If the kicker cost was paid, Ichor Slick has flash and can't be countered. Draw a card.

I do like the versatility on this. Not bad for a common.
Though I have this strange urge to imitate a certain character from the anime BLEACH, and cast this while Djinn Illuminatus is out and replicate it infinitely!!!! I would call it...infinite slick!
