Guys, this card isn't even close to being strictly worse than Helldozer. I don't think you understand. With helldozer you have to pay that {B}{B}{B}. With this, you can choose not to. You still get to tap to kill one of their lands while this card's self-tapping effect is on the stack. Imagine if helldozer had an alternate cost to tap to sacrifice a land. That's even ignoring the fact that you can do stuff like turn twiddle into a 1 mana sinkhole.
All your giving up for that is a point of power, which won't probably matter anyway because this card is meant to lock your opponent out of the game before ever taking a swing. Okay, you're losing the strength against nonbasics. Still there are tons of situations where this would be way better than helldozer. Imagine reanimating it turn 2. Now neither player can do anything that costs more than 1 mana. Wait until you've got your dark ritual or whatever, summon any creature, and ... (see all)

Tap to get a free land destruction? Yes please. Not to mention a 5/5 for 6 mana. And as far as the upkeep goes, it's not that bad; considering most black creatures of this caliber require you sacrifice a creature.

Fun Timmy card, but the upkeep can be a real challenge.
I must say, though, they love keeping Shauku, Endbringer company in the graveyard until Necrotic Ooze shows up.
