Love it. Insanely powerful when you just need that last cog to get your machine running. Plus, it's flavor is just Black, Black, and more Black. It's about power at any cost, and there's not much more along those lines than giving up virtually an entire turn for exactly what you need.

One of my favourite depictions. Love that they've reprinted it (if only because I already had a playset :P)

Demonic Tutor is better, but it's also banned/restricted.
M11's art is awesome. Just look at that smug face. Perfection.

So that's where Terry Gilliam get his inspiration....... and @ThatGuyYouHate, the cheaper version is Demonic Tutor. Actually, just search "tutor" and you'll learn why the term is so common today.

Put it on a Panoptic Mirror and use Paradox Haze: three cards a turn of which two are of your choosing.
"B..but Panoptic Mirror is 5 CMC..."
Not with Master Transmuter and some trinket it ain't

Oh god that smile.
You know that sly bastard searched his deck for a Path to Exile or a Baneslayer Angel.
That look on his face just says, "I just got a Path to Exile."
