The card itself is kind of terrible, only good for slivercycling or use with Wild Pair.
The art, though... The card get 3 stars for the artwork alone. I don't know if anybody else sees it, but that thing looks massive.

Effectively just a card of second choice if you're neither using the superior green Muscle Sliver nor white Sinew Sliver.

You all seem to be missing the point. it says when "A" sliver attacks. It gives ALL slivers frenzy 1. So if you have 5 of these on the field, they all get an additional +5/+0 when they hit.
