Low CC certainly makes it an interesting option, if not particularly powerful. Potential token killer though, especially if you can force an early attack with something like Siren's Call.

I don't understand why this is rated so low. Marrow Shards, with the same mechanic, except white phyrexian, saw a lot of play against Kudoltha Red. I'd figure this can win games against a deck style like that. 4/5
