The Urza lands have become iconic in their mass-mana abilities. Whether it's Blaze or artifacts or, well, anything, they are loved and hated by many.

Why doesn't Urza get a planeswalker card? I'll bet it's because they can't think of any way to make it powerful enough without being broken.

Actually, Kokosho, it's because Urza is dead. He's been dead a while now too. He died to defeat Yawgmoth, his arch-nemesis, creator and god of the plane of Phyrexia.
He died long before the nature of the Planeswalker spark was changed in Time Spiral, giving us the Planeswalkers as we know them today. Before Time Spiral, Planeswalkers were more akin to demi-gods than to just powerful mages with the ability to walk across planes of reality.

Urza
+1 Search your library for a card name Urza's Power Plant, Urza's Mine, or Urza's Tower and put that card into your hand. Shuffle your library afterward.
-3 You get an emblem that says, "If a source would deal 1 damage to you or a planeswalker you control, prevent 1 of that damage." (Urza's Armor)
-7 Urza deals 10 damage to target creature or player. This damage cannot be prevented or countered. (Urza's Rage)
