A card like this really highlights the difference between Jace's deck and Vraska's deck.
Whereas Vraska will be able to scape up some extra life here, and there, and everywhere, Jace's deck features no lifegain whatsoever.
Because of this, a card like Stab Wound really puts Jace on a serious clock. Two life a turn goes from being a threat to being an irreversible blow when you haven't got any lifegain to undo it with. Although it might be tempting to use this as a killspell, a clever Vraska will understand that dropping this on a Dream Stalker or Sea Gate Oracle will cause far more harm in the long run.
You don't even need to worry about killing the enchanted creature in combat; just sneak your attacking force past it with things like Shadow Alley Denizen and Rogue's Passage/autoc... (see all)

This card is fun in Kangaroo Court format. Try it!
Kangaroo Court is a format invented by InQuest Magazine years ago where both players argue to justify any sort of goofy play like playing Feast of the Unicorn on Pearled Unicorn, and a third player acts as a court judge and ultimately decides if the play is justified or countered.
