I think this might be better than Rampant Growth, at least in some cases. This puts the land into play untapped, and it can fetch shocklands!

This is always better then giant growth. You can fetch temple garden or any other land with the forest tag. And it comes into play untapped, so with the temple garden cycle you have to pay 2 life but not a big deal.
The only way rampant growth would ever be more useful if you were on a budget and only had basic lands. Even then this can still get a basic forest untapped to ramp and have 1 mana leftover.

Also compare Farseek. Both of them interact well with shocklands and the original duals. This will often be better due to the land being untapped, but Farseek can be better if you're playing lots of colors, since you might really need to have more color options ASAP. Or you could just want to max Domain out.
Anyways, this card has the bonus of also getting Dryad Arbor, Murmuring Bosk, and Sapseep Forest, even if they don't benefit as much from hitting the battlefield untapped.

@thewrathofshane: "always" is a strong word, and in this case not true. You said yourself that rampant growth would be better if you are using basics. While I will agree that with the inclusion of forest-based dual lands this is clearly the better choice, but without access to dual lands, rampant growth could be better in that this only fetches forests. This card is stronger the vast majority of times, but "always" is too absolute in a game with near-limitless possibilities.
