Well if you add cards that change creature types, this card basically reads: "1: target creature gets in the average +1/-1". Which is great.

Horrible. This card lets you create an Orc theme deck, which is about as useless as a theme deck can get, AND gives you the ability to kill your own fragile Orcs just in case your opponent wasn't killing them fast enough. Seriously, if this card's ability had no drawback, it would probably still be useless.

And why was this reprinted?! Orcs were on the way out, even by the time 5th Edition rolled around, and nobody played with this worthless thing when it was first printed?!
