I disagree. Sure you can search for any land... but this costs one less to play.. seeing as the land comes in to play untaped. This is much better.

i like how it doesnt say "basic" forest, so you can grab out those dual and shock lands you want, if you are running more than one colour

Nice how it puts it into play untapped. That essentially means you get to increase the number of lands you have in play for a single green mana. That's a good deal.

This is neither better nor worse than rampant growth. This fetches duals and effectively cost since the forest comes into play untapped. So major points for this card, yes.
Rampant growth would be better in a deck with out access to dual lands, and one that is in need of a land that is not a forest.
Both have their place, and while this one is generally better, there are many viable reasons where a rampant growth would be better.
Lastly, Kryplixx the "<" means is less than... you basically agreed with thaviel even though you thought you were disagreeing with him.
