I should modify my Quicksilver Fountain deck from to so I can run this alongside Sea's Claim, Spreading Seas, Frozen Aether, Power Conduit, Chisei, Heart of Oceans, and Living Tsunami. It would run nothing but non-Islands like Yavimaya Coast and Oboro, Palace in the Clouds. Oh, and maybe Forest.
On the other hand, I think that might cause me to lose the few friends I still have after playing my Mycosynth Lattice/Hurkyl's Recall/March of the Machines control deck.
My friends don't really play blue, and playing against my stupid blue combo/control decks doesn't exactly encourage them.

Wow. Wizards really hate Blue, don't they?

Completely doesn't matter because even though Green can ramp to play this on turn 2 even in an un-Powered deck, a Blue deck can pitch-to-play Force of Will, and this doesn't have 'cannot be countered'.

Flavorful card, amazing flavor text, evil ability.

DarthParallax: Doesnt matter because of Force of Will, right? Good luck playing FoW in modern. This is nasty against Merfolks, also against Faeries when timed after they are tapped out (because of Vedalken Shackels possibly). Pretty neat sideboard for months to come with all the fishes everyone expects.

Judging by the amount that I tend to play mono-blue, I really cannot let my friends find this card!
