Goo you can stretch? It's like taffy!
Looks great with Chance Encounter.

3 stars simply because its one of the most fun cards in the set. It is a 3/3 for 4 that can get much larger each turn...great in some kind of "Ooze" deck that uses cards like this and Blood Hall Ooze, etc... to get a buncha 0/0 creatures with tons of coutners.
You can use Humility to stop the effect after it gets "big enough"...and humility gives this guy an extra +1/+1 effectively.

Why would you bother with Humility? The coin flip is optional.
It's okay, but nothing spectacular. It may be fun, but it isn't very effective. On average, it will just be a 3/3. Fun, yes, good, not so much.

Even if you had a Paradox Haze, Chance Encounter and Krark's Thumb out... This card's spot would still be better used with a Karplusan Minotaur. If you were running proliferate effects or Clockspinning, then the spot would be better used with Goblin Bomb.
I've tried hard to make a coin flipper deck half-way decent, they're never very good even with the best cards, and this card is far from one of the best.

@Nyktos: What comes after that? Why True Neutra, of course!

Just going to note that Corpsejack Menace makes this card get one bigger one each upkeep... on average. And the card at that point? Still very average. Even if you get the "combo" out it isn't world shattering. Run both with Bloodhall Ooze to have stretchy-red-colored-goo.dec
