Effectively a one-sided wrath in certain decks.
White and green is apparently the best choice for building an aura-based deck around this card, although especially some Clerics can make good use with enchantments (Nomad Mythmaker, Academy Rector, Monk Idealist, Fountain Watch, Lost Auramancers, Vigilant Martyr and Faith Healer), so you might possibly want to even build a tribal deck around it.

Not only can it easily be made into a one-sided wrath, it will also leave all of your opponents' creatures with a yummy Pillory of the Sleepless or even Recumbent Bliss on them.

This would be interesting in Mythic Con***ion decks. I wonder how it would work out. Just attack with the creature you want Eldrazi Con***ion on with Sovereigns of Lost Alara, then just destroy everything else. Seems pretty good. Or you could wait until you're next turn but I wouldnt.
