This would be a Vanguard card. They came out many years ago, and basically the premise was that as a variant game each player could have one Vanguard character which was like their "character", which would then affect their hand size, life total, and provide an effect. This one's just ok, though.

She gives you a sizeable chunk of life, and a useful ability to your creatures, but she's not very exciting...

Orim was a healer, so it's reasonable that she gives 12 life at no drawback. The art is wickedly good, too.
