Huh? When did Urza say that to Serra? He was super dedicated to his war against the Phyrexians. She wanted to help him, though he kind of screwed it up when he led them to her plane. If that's supposed to be Urza, it's not.

Ah, Pacifism, how I love thee. I haven't decided if I like this version of the card yet or not. I really like the flavor text, as Serra is one of my favorite characters and Urza beats "Grakk" (see 2010 and practically every other version) for someone to quote, but the art isn't as good, so I don't know. For it's own merits, 2 to stop your opponent's beat stick is really nice. If you need to stop their abilities too, pay 1 extra with Arrest.
