According to Wizards, the Urza's block was meant to be an enchantment focused block, what they didn't expect was that there were too many powerful cards that even the theme became overlooked.

Oh I thought this was an enchantment. Its a 1/1 creature so its worse, but at least if its not countered you can spam the ability before they remove it.
