Obscene card. Memory Jar was a powerful reprint of this already broken card.

Really good if you are playing discard or you have no hand and need one.

Stupidly powerful, though oddly in red's flavor because of the pure chaos it could produce.

I just got one of these of this printing! I just wish I knew someone who would be as excited as I am to see one of these.
Anyway, real cool card. Yes please, I will draw 7 for {2}{R}. Oh, and by the way, you all get to discard you hands.
OK so your opponents get 7 new cards too, but so what.
Also, awesome art. I like the guy. I also like the wheel, but I like the guy.

I random carded to this. Yay?
Also, insignificant synergy with Library of Alexandria.

If your playing a LD or control deck, it may not matter if you fill up your opponent's hand with cards. Chances are his hand is already overflowing with cards he cannot cast. You, on the other hand, just got yourself a whole new set of bombs.

As of today, 22 cards have a rating of 4.9 or higher. Of them, there are only two cards that cost more than 2 mana, which is this and tinker
Shows you how big of a deal a mana cost makes a card
