I so want to use it in a Kobold deck! Keep 5 Kobolds in your hands, drop this on turn 5, then drop the Kobolds. You probably should have 4-5 Kobolds already in play. On turn 6, drop another Coat of Arms, a Panic Attack, and beat your opponent with your 10 20/20 pt (at least) creatures!
