Uh, don't troll on him, when he made perfect sense. When his opponent targets it with what I'd assume to be auras, they will bounce. Or equipment, or whatever. It turns it into pretty much a vanilla 1/1 for 1. So his opponent's troll shroud deck obviously won't work that well.

@allmighty_abacus: I think SaprolingsFTW meant when his opponent pumps the bogle it will bounce it instead. Giving a troll-shroud creature buffs is a decent strategy, as they ordinarily can't be gotten rid of by targeted removal, which is the majority. This card would prevent the creature from being pumped, negating what i bet was the point of the deck.

I like the combo, high_tide.
As for you, allmighty, I think he meant that it would allow him to bounce the boggle which is so frequently targeted by its controller. Cowardice will never target the Boggle, so it'll get bounced by what would have been a beneficial targeting. Regrettably, this card may be a tad slow for stopping that particular strategy.
Finally, I want to use this in a casual control deck that uses it with Comet Storm/Fireball, Izzet Chronarch, and lots of mana. I'd probably use Saproling infestation or Rumbling Aftershocks as the win condition...

I could be wrong, but this card together with Caltrops should cause any creature attacking to be bounced back to thier owner's hand.
