IMO usefulness with each guild.
Orzhov: It's very nice. Orzhov and Selesnya are probably the only guilds that are slow enough to like this. Why else do you think everyone loves Knight of Obligation? Now you can get that mode on all your chipping fliers, i.e. Kingpin's Pet.
Selesnya: The only tokens I can think of that can benefit are Voice of Resurgance's. Selesnya only has small tokens most of the time anyways. Not amazingly useful, but it'll do work as a creature itself.
Azorius: Flying and vigilance is a dangerous combination. That's why Jelenn Sphinx is so great.
Boros: Like Maze Rusher, overcosted for an aggro deck. In addition, there's really no need for Vigilance; you'll seldom block.

@Mistralis: Its not really the vigilance that makes Knight of Obligations good (and its not really an incredible card tbh, although its not bad), its the fact that it can block stuff with its relatively high toughness so you can stall for extort to do its stuff. This lacks Extort and costs so much that you might have trouble Extorting off of it, aka not really good in Orzhov.
